Why Dial when you can Click!
Use AsteriskC2D you can click to dial from almost any application via the Services menu in Snow Leopard. If your application is not yet supported you can write your own plugins. Automator actions can also be written using the included automator Action.
If your PBX is not currently supported then a simple plugin can be written to include support for it.

What is new in this release:

New version for Snow Leopard, Support for Vonage, Fonality, trixbox, Asterisk built in, other PBX system can be added via downloadable plugins
