With PHP RSS Reader, you can now give your users a preview of your RSS feed before they subscribe to it.
The script can also be used as a part of a more complex application as well, full on Web-based RSS readers, or just part of a plugin, add-on, or module for embedding remote RSS content on a CMS, forum, or blog.
PHP RSS Reader is easy to setup, and developers can control the feed's URL, the application's title, the amount of RSS items to retrieve, and if to show a description for each retrieved feed item.
PHP RSS Reader comes with a default skin, but using CSS you can easily alter and modify it to fit your own site's design.
What is new in this release:
- Special characters in the feed are now coded, which avoids problems with different character sets.
- Several minor changes in the source code.
