KPSOSS is a commercial PHP & MySQL script for adding a live chat support feature to your site.
It works by showing a chat indicator on one or all the site's pages, chat indicator that starts minimized but can be expanded into a chat window where users can have conversations with the site's owner or employees.
All conversations are logged and sent to the KPSOSS backend where the admin or employees with an operator account can answer the visitor and give him his desired answer.
The KPSOSS chat window provides a simple way of customizing the customer's name and a dropdown list which allows him to select the department representative he wants to talk to.
Departments along with operator and admin accounts can be managed from the script's backend, where details about each user's conversation, location and IP are also logged.
KPSOSS can be really helpful on sites that accompany a real-life business, providing a simple way for clients to get in touch with a company's support staff.
