JavaLoader can be used in a wide variety of ways.
It can be used to dynamically load Java libraries, or to dynamically compile Java code.
This can be done without without having to place those library in the ColdFusion classpath, providing also a dynamic proxy for interconnecting Java and ColdFusion components.
To install, put the JavaLoader folder in the root of the desired Web application, or make a mapping called 'javaloader' to the appropriate JavaLoader folder.
What is new in this release:
- A few bug fixes in the NetworkClassLoader that allowed the Tika library to work.
- A new function for switching out the ThreadContextClassLoader.
