UliCMS is a relative new PHP CMS, created to help developers in the building of small to medium scale projects.
As with most CMS systems, UliCMS comes with an installation wizard that helps webmasters set it up on their own servers, also including with a password-protected backend where the content can be added and later edited.
Admins can let users register on the site, create multiple user groups, asign different access rights to each, and run a multi-editor or community website if needed.
Adding pages is quite easy, and for writing the content, a user friendly WYSIWYG editor is included.
There are features that address cache management, human-friendly URLs, advertising banners, and many other more included, but the CMS can also be extended with custom-built CMS packages (plugins) as well.
Overall the CMS can carve a niche for itself in the already-crowded CMS market, especially in the small-scale, low maintenance website niche.
