Rapila CMS is a modern content management system that runs on the classic PHP & MySQL server stack.
It features an administration panel for editing the site's content, but there's also an on-page editing mechanism in place for all authenticated admins.
Both use a WYSIWYG editor for changing and styling the content, but more advanced features like multi-lingual support, SEO details editing, layout templates, and custom page properties are also supported.
Multiple user accounts can be registered and granted access to the admin dashboard, just in case Rapila needs to manage a multi-editor or multi-language environment.
The CMS also comes with a built-in file manager for uploading and editing local files, and there's also a link management utility included,
Rapila CMS can be extended with plugins, can run on common shared hosting environments, and should work on most RDBMS systems (officially tested only on MySQL).
As is, Rapila is ideal for small to medium Web projects, and should be a breeze to setup for everyone that worked with CodeIgniter before.
