It relieves stress by giving you clear sight of everything that needs done and the best time to work on it. TimeBubbles is simple to use but a very powerful time management system. You have the option to plan to-dos over a range of dates and let the system automatically assign the tasks to optimize your schedule. Preference is given to important tasks while ensuring all your to-dos are planned on time. The system is more visual than other to-do lists. You can see your schedule as a bubble chart that highlights importance, urgency and time plus warnings of bottlenecks if you are taking on too much work.
Other systems rely on scheduling tasks on specific dates or leaving them on a long (stressful) to-do list. TimeBubbles offers another option: you can select a range of dates that would be suitable to work on the task and let the system optimise your schedule. What is new in this release:
Version 20120126 adds a database of all tasks completed (and tasks planned but not done) to help the user analyse their productivity. The to-do list view now have varying color and font size to represent the urgency and size of each task.
