Scheduling of about 10 to 100 people to various assignments of a few minutes to a few hours duration. The assignments can be grouped into multiple shifts which can occur over up to a months duration. Multiple assignments can be chained together and assigned with 2 button clicks. Assignments can be removed with a single button click. Persons can be assigned varying capabilities to perform an assignment. Assignment history is kept and can displayed or printed. The program suggests possible persons who could be assigned to a particular assignment, or possible assignments that could be given to a particular person at a particular time. These suggestions are based on a person's ability to do the assignment, how long it has been since the last time they were assigned, and how many times they have had that assignment. Various forms of printout and email are available.
