CSV Transformer can read CSV data, and based on user rule sets, it can convert it to a more visually appealing list.
Useful enough on his own, but it can also be incorporated in more complex apps to feed the result to a display template and show the CSV data in a beautifully styled interface.
The download package works out of the box.
