Searching suitable personnel is time consuming and cost intensive. Applications received have to be opened, evaluated, acknowledged.
The return of the documents causes postage costs and constitutes a burden for the administration. Using arCV these above mentioned costs are avoided: Applications are made by email, in the standard arCV-format which can be automatically evaluated by employers having arCVevaluation. The criteria required by the specific job as well as the application documents received are taken over into the arCVevaluation-Database. Decisions are informed to the applicants by email in a standard format. The reply is very easy and fast. arCV (the application part) and arCVevaluation (the evaluation part) are free. Version 4.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
