MAGENTO PRODUCT REVIEW NOTIFICATIONS The extension notifies the admin about new pending product reviews. When it was left, a notificaton note will be appeared in the backend. The note looks like: if there is 1 new review: "You have new pending review. Click here to view it." If you click to the link, you will be redirected on the review edit page. If there are more that 1 review, the note looks: "You have 5 new pending reviews. Click here to view it." If you click to the link, you will be redirected on product review grid). EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS Magento Advanced Reviews extensions sends email notifications with the information about new reviews to the admin with a link on the review. When admin visits the link, he will be redirected directly to the review editing page. It is a good way to stay online with customers at any time. EMAIL SETTINGS Advanced Reviews Magento extension uses "transactional email templates", it is easy to customize these emails and use them according to your needs (optional). The default template contais basic information about review status. You can use them in your marketing campaigns by putting a coupon code to email it the customer who left a product review. The customer will get the email that the review was approved and a small gift by way of a small discount. Upcoming updates REPLY TO PRODUCT REVIEW We are going to add an ability for admin users reply to customer's product review. It will be possible to publish a reply on the frontend. Also, a customer who left a review will be notified via email that a reply was published. Without any doubts, it is a good way to answer some customer questions or say thank you to your customers and stay closer to them. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION The extension informs a customer about the status of his/her product review. It means that when you approve a review, the customer who left it in your web shop will get an email notification. The email notification includes the information that the review was approved and published. Also, the customer will be notified when a new reply to his reviews was published.
