Quick Search Bar is the add-on for Firefox which places the search engine buttons inside the search bar instead of the drop down menu.
What is new in this release:
Version 3.0.14 fixes when having a timeout set for hiding the searchbar edit-box, then clicking outside and inside the searchbar again would not stop the timeout and the edit-box would eventually hide even while the user is typing.
