This is an extension for Google Chrome. It provides a basic framework for developing mouseover/popup dictionary extensions. Install this extension. Install at least one dictionary extension that uses Mouseover. Click on the extension's icon and select a dictionary you want to use. Move the mouse pointer over a word you want to look up.
