D+ Browser

DPlus is a graphical web browser with an emphasis on security, performance, and portability. It is possibly the only actively-developed modern browser that still runs on Windows 95 and fits on a single floppy disk. DPlus is particularly useful on older/slower computers, or as part of a malware recovery kit.
