RUMSY stands for "RedIcon User Membership System" and is a standalone user management system for your PHP applications, a solution that can be used on its own, or integrated with existing applications.
This small PHP script lets users register on a website, login into their accounts, and allows them to talk to other users via private messages or comments made on a public page.
All registered users will have their own public profile page where other users can view various details, and users can also be organized in various groups by the site's administrator.
This latter operation can be carried out via a special administration panel, where accounts can be edited and/or banned.
RUMSY also supports multiple languages, frontend themes, and comes with its own statistics center, a built-in cache engine, and a backup system for the membership information.
A graphic installer is also included to help users set the script on your server, and a built-in CAPTCHA system will keep spam bots at bay.
