Okoker Audio Recorder & Editor is an audio editor for home studio recording and for people who are just getting started with audio editing. Apply various effects (amplify, compress, delay, equalize, fade in, fade out, flange, invert, normalize, reverse, silence, stretch, and vibrato). It supports a lot of formats, such as: WAV, MP3, MP2, WMA, OGG, g721, g723, g726, and VOX.
