Adlib-S3M player for QuickBasic is a free software that contains an example program to demonstrate an Adlib-S3M/MidiS3M player running in background.
Being written in QuickBASIC, the Adlib-S3M player has been optimized for memory usage, and supports the following S3M effects: Axx, Dxx, Txx, Kxx, Fxx, Exx, Hxx, Bxx, Cxx, SBx, SDx, SCx and SEx. It also supports playback of MPU-401 (midi) files.

- This version adds QBasic compatibility, translates comments to English, and tidies up the source code for clarity.
