A1 Jummfa Mp3 Ogg Splitter Joiner allows you to split, cut, or trim a large MP3/OGG file into smaller pieces or to merge multiple MP3s or OGGs into a single file. Provides an edit box to show the working progress. You can split MP3/OGG file from any start time to any end time as you want, of course you can also split files into equal time segments or by specifying the number of segments you want to achieve. By the way, it supports batch processing as well.
