QuartzCrystal is an application for rendering Quartz Compositions to QuickTime Movies. It supports 3rd Party plugins (Both Official and Unofficial API), as well as unsafe patches. It also supports up to 64x Spatial Supersampling (Antialiasing), 1024x Temporal Supersampling (motion blur), and Image Sequences.
What is new in this release:
QuartzCrystal 1.4 features additional time controls, improved performance and memory footprint reductions, command line parameter support, some bug fixes, and render time estimation.
Limitations:
When unregistered, QuartzCrystal will remove boxes from the output video.
