Yatta Eclipse Launcher (32-bit)

The Eclipse Launcher is a lightweight tool for software developers to download, install, and launch Eclipse IDE and workspace (project setup) and to share an Eclipse setup within a development team. The Launcher provides additional features to an installer. It handles download, installation and updates of Eclipse and serves as an admin tool to manage different Eclipse setups. The Eclipse Launcher is a tool developed by Yatta, an Eclipse Solutions member with several open source committers.
