The signature's content and structure can be customized from the plugin's backend settings page.

This is done via template markers that can be anything from the author name, to the blog title, post tile and many other more.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
