WP Job Manager

WP Job Manager can be used by a company to publish available jobs, or it can be used by professionals to run a full-blown job listing site.

The plugin is very well coded and comes with plenty of documentation to help the user get started.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
