By using WordPress Simple Survey there will be no need to install a self-standing quiz/survey management application on your servers anymore.
With WordPress Simple Survey installed, admins will be able to create and manage surveys right in the WordPress backend, and easily publish them to live pages with the help of a simple shortcode.
The plugin uses a very user-friendly interface for building the quiz forms, giving admins the capability to manage more than just questions and possible answers, but the entire quiz route (questions order), and even the form fields that appear at the end of the poll.
After users fill in the questionnaires, the WordPress Simple Survey plugin can either send email notifications to the site's admin, or they can store the results in the local WP database for later analysis.
As you can see, the plugin can be quite helpful and easy to manage, letting the webmaster focus on his questions, rather than the way the poll form displays on the page.
WordPress Simple Survey comes as a free version under the GPL license, but an extended commercial version with more features is also available.
