WISH CD-Writer a super-simple program for CD writing and rewriting, written in Tcl/Tk. Unlike many other graphical front ends to mkisofs and cdrecord, WISH CD-Writer is not intended to give the user access to as many CD-writing options as possible.
WISH CD-Writer is intended to present ordinary home computer users with as *few* difficult options as possible, while being as useful as possible for common purposes such as: copying data CDs (including bootable CDs); creating ("mastering") new
Usage:
Just type "wishcd &" (without the quotation marks) at the command line, if you don't have a clickable icon or some such thing to run the program.
If you're not running as root, make sure you have the necessary permissions (and hardware!) to write CDs. The WISH CD-Writer window will open up quick.
