This is based on Amazon.com's "Readers who have bought this, also bought" functionality.

The plugin has support for WordPress 2.9 thumbnails, use of postmeta and also the ability to grab the first image in the post.

Installation

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
