Whale-CMS is a relatively new CMS & blogging platform that can be used to build simplistic websites.
There's an installation wizard included to help webmasters install it, along with an administration panel to manage its content.
The CMS supports managing blog posts and static pages, along with content shown in sidebars.
Page templates and website themes can also be tweaked, along with various other settings that are available via the Whale CMS backend.
The platform also delivers WYSIWYG editing, a file uploader, and is recommended for usage only for smaller projects.
