Waveform.js

Waveform.js is the JavaScript library responsible for drawing the track's timeline waveform on SoundCloud itself.

This library can easily be used on your own site and for your own sound and music files, letting you draw custom waveforms for your data.

Waveform.js works by converting the waveform generated image into floating points, and then applying various customizations to it.

Developers can control the waveform colors, dimensions, and interpolation settings.

The library can be used for both plotting out previous recorded sounds, or for drawing sound waves for tracks recorded right now, in real-time.
