ValidateMate

ValidateMate extracts text from optical files (such as PDF, TIFF or MDI files), image files (such as JPG, BMP or PNG files), word-processed documents (e.g. DOC or TXT files), or spreadsheets, validates which files contain, or does not contain specified words/phrases, and stores the results in a database. When the results are viewed in a grid, and a (grid) row is double-clicked, the file is opened with all of the found specified words/phrases highlighted. ValidateMate Features: - Processing of TIFF, PDF, PS, BMP, JPG, PNG, or MDI files, word-processed (e.g. .doc, .txt) files, and spreadsheets; - The ability to specify any number of words or phrases to validate for, at the same time; Windows Explorer processes only one word or phrase at a time; - The ability to specify whether one word/phrase OR another word/phrase, or one word/phrase AND other words/phrases are validated for; - Processing of specified page, or pages in optical files; - Recording of validated file names, invalidated file names, and skipped files; - Processing of folders and sub-folders; - Processing of files based on wild-cards, such as "*.PDF" or "f*.tif"; - Table views that allow for filtering and sorting of validated, invalidated, or skipped files' data; - Reports for validated, invalidated, or skipped files, file creation dates, and the date of processing.
