URL Decoder/Encoder

URL Decoder/Encoder takes something like "http://softoware.net/" and switches to its encoded form "http%3A%2F%2Fsoftoware.net%2F"

You don't have to actually feed it URLs every time, the tool working with any type of input.

The script encodes special characters like ":" ";" "," "?" and shows the into their HTML encoded form.

All the source code is contained in one HTML file, meaning you can either access URL Decoder/Encoder while offline, or host it on your own Web server.
