A product can be published to Google base, where an entry is created with all the needed base attributes for google to recognize it.
When the product information is updated, the corresponding Google Merchant products' details are updated as well.
When a product is deleted from the site, it's also deleted automatically from Google Merchant.
Installation
Unpack in your modules folder (usually '/sites/all/modules/')
Enable under Administer > Site Building > Modules
