Trivi Lite

Trivi Lite is a basic and fast-paced trivia bot for IRC, written in Perl.

Usage:

To run it, just type:

./trivi_lite.pl

The script is already executable.

Configuration:

You can configure the trivia bot by manually editing by hand the trivi_lite.cfg file. You will get to choose the server to connect to, the nick to use and so on. DO NOT use comments or alter in any other way the configuration file, since currently I didn't implement any way of verifying its integrity.

You can also run trivi_lite.pl with arguments provided at the command-line:

    ./trivi_lite.pl SERVER PORT NICK CHANNEL

E.g.

    ./trivi_lite.pl irc.oftc.net 6667 TriviaBot #trivia4linux

What is new in this release:

• fixed a bug when the trivia asked only one question and stopped
