Tiny PHP gallery is quite easy to deploy. Just drop the PHP file into a web folder containing images, and it will work out of the box.
The script will generate a wall of thumbnail images, which when clicked will load into their own separate page, showing the photo in full.
Tiny PHP gallery adds navigation controls on its own and also tries to generate thumbnails for every image.
Additional styles can be added via a CSS file.
