Each customer gives you a list of things they need and you have to find the items in the cluttered shop and click on them. The quicker you find things, the more satisfied the customers are, and there more money you get.
Time To Hurry: Nicole's Story starts off in a sedate manner, with you having to pick out items from your granny's gardening store. Things get frantic though as the levels progress, because you have more customers and more items to choose from. Finding the items in Time To Hurry: Nicole's Story is great fun, but it does get very stressful!
To select an item you've found you simply need to click on it. However, you need to be very precise when you click, so choosing very small items can be frustratingly fiddly.

There are also side projects for Nicole to do, such as riding a bike, reading, going to the museum, etc. that improve her life skills in different areas.
