Thor CMS is a very versatile CMS coded on top of Laravel, one of today's most popular and lauded PHP MVC frameworks.
By default, it uses an SQLite database to store the user's content, but this can be changed to anything else via a PDO-compatible driver and a few setting changes here and there.
Once the CMS setup (Composer support included), there's an admin panel where webmasters can go and start building their site.
Thor CMS functions as a CRUD interface for various types of content, its backend being a bare-bones administration interface for the frontend's data.
In the admin panel Thor CMS admins can manage the site's available languages, its pages, user accounts, user groups, and their respective permissions.
All of these are the building blocks for a website's basic functionality, and extra administration tools can be added via Thor CMS modules.
Overall the CMS, even if quite new, can be very helpful, being written on modern technologies and looking promising at this point.
