TextBar creates a bar similar to a windows task bar and animates a text message you specified within the bar so that a computer user hardly ignores it.You may choose the font , color of the text and select from different animation styles. TextBar is something like a screen saver of animated text, but does not take entire screen pace, instead only a narrow space is used. So you can still work as usual when the animated text is showing. TextBar intends to show a message to user of computer via an animation which will catch the user's eyes easily. Therefore, usages of TextBar may include, but not limited to, followings. (a)Show owner information of computer or of account the user is currently with. (b) Show some information you want user to know, for instance, his/her limited authority, restriction on usable resource, or other reminder messages. (c)Just for fun.
