Text 2 Speech is compact software that allows you to listen to text documents instead or reading them. It converts text files (txt, doc, pdf, htm, and rtf) into spoken audio using voice synthesis. The program also converts text to wav files which can be burned on audio CD or stored on an mp3 player.
