TERAVoice is a telephony software which can be used to implement voice based telephony services like corporate voicemail--Voice mail with notification by SMS, pager, e-mail or client software. IVR systems (automated attendants, voice menus, information and announcement lines, ordering and payment, polls and surveys, automatic call distribution, TTS, Text-To-Speech), waiting queues and ACD queues for Call Centers and Hotlines, Automated Outbound Calls (Predictive-Dialer, Alerting, Reminder Services), VoIP Gateway--Gateway between SIP or H.323 and ISDN or analog PSTN lines. Through its support of both CAPI and TAPI based hardware TERAVoice can be used with a broad range of telephony hardware from voice modems up to multi PRI (E1/T1) ISDN hardware. Additionally, several VoIP stacks for SIP and H323 are supported.
Note: Plays back a fifth message on each call.
