SysTools Outlook Duplicates Remover

Outlook Duplicates Remover helps removing duplicates from MS Outlook mailbox components including emails, calendars, tasks, contacts, etc. The tool offers dual ways for removing duplication of components and this includes removing duplicates within folder and removing duplicates across folders. It offers to add either multiple files or a folder to the panel of the tool for implementing duplicates removal operation. Replication can be removed from selective mailbox components by checking the check boxes available with each component. After performing the de-duplication process, the resultant file can be stored anywhere on machine or local storage media. Once the tool initiates the process, the overall status of the running operation is displayed within the tool panel. When the duplicate items have been removed, the PST file size reduces to greater extent and this helps saving time as well as in better data management. The tool performs read-only operation on the original PST files and creates new files for saving the output data. There is no file size limitation imposed on the file and tool supports both ANSI and UNICODE type PST files for removing duplicate items.
