Address Book Recovery is a tool to convert and recover multiple MS Outlook contacts into PST, VCF, and CSV formats. This software can work with both types of Outlook data file - PST or OST. The converted address book of Outlook can be saved in 3 distinct formats such as PST file of Outlook, vCard file, and CSV file as per the user's requirement. For easy exporting, an individual tab for each format is placed on the software pane.After the completion of scanning process, all the contacts can be previewed with their details such as first name, last name, title, job title, company name, department name, etc. During the process of scanning and exporting, a percentage level of completion of the task is shown on the bottom of the window. Address Book Recovery software is capable to convert a single PST file of any size at a time. The recovered PST file is saved in UNICODE format by default. A single VCF file is created for each contact containing all the fields of Outlook contact; these types of files are supported by Lotus Notes and other application and by Smartphone and iPhones. This feature gives ease to user by making the contacts easily accessible on personal devices. Another format to save the converted Outlook contacts is CSV file format; these .csv files are supported by MS Excel, Notepad. This recovery software maintains the data integrity while exporting these contacts to other formats. To provide more reliability to its users, it includes Search option that helps to search for a specific contact with a unique keyword from the entire list. To provide more feasibility to the user, the tabs for each 2 alphabet is given so that the recovered contacts can be visualized alphabetically and found easily. It also creates a separate category for the contacts starts from different initials. To convert and export the Outlook contacts, MS Access must installed on the user's system, this tool can also work with corrupted OST files successfully.
