Super RSS Reader works quite easy and can be configured even by non-technical users.
Just point the plugin at the URL of an RSS feed and it will do the rest.
The plugin will parse recent entries, get their title, their content, pull in images, and embed the results in the site's sidebar.
Super RSS Reader can also work with multiple feed URLs, pulling in data from different sources and displayed the results in a tabbed panel.
The widget can be customized via themes and a few widget skins are included out of the box.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
