Stardust Image Encoder 2004 is a suite of three powerful and time-saving tools, each designed to allow you to easily convert images into smaller high-quality formats. It offers real-time preview, state-of-the-art compression, easy cropping and resizing, watermark capability, and batch and command-line processing. Image Encoder 2004 reads many image file formats, and writes to most popular compressed formats, including JPEG 2000 and GIF.
