Staff Planner is an Excel-based, long-term-planning tool for scheduling your employees' time. In Staff Planner 2006, you simply select your code and click the cells you want to update, whilst still maintaining data integrity. It includes built-in security (four login levels), reports, charts, and the Planning Board; also overtime/time-in-lieu planning, staff-cover monitoring, print and save-to-file including the Web, a help/user manual, and tutorials. You define all codes (for example, for sick leave, exams, clients, and work functions), departments, job titles, and staff names. The program has two tutorials as well as example data to get you started quickly. Staff Planner 2006 is ?select & click based?, whereby data entry is direct to cells (staff name/date). This makes updating more natural and quick, whilst still maintaining data integrity.
