The Spotify Play Button for WordPress plugin uses a simple shortcode system to embed the Spotify player on desired site pages and posts.
To use, just add the [spotifyplaybutton] shortcode. The shortcode syntax is quite complex, so be sure to checkout the usage instructions provided via package's README file.
A special section in the WordPress administration panel is provided as well. Here admins can set up site-wide settings for the Spotify player. These include player width, skin, type, and display format.
Options passed through the plugin's shortcode will override these settings.
Spotify Play Button for WordPress also includes support for Spotify album cover art (optional).
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
