Split & Join is a software intended for biologists that need to split and join files containing large number of DNA, RNA or Protein sequences in fasta, tab or fastq format. In case the user wants to split the sequences, the file is loaded by dropping it to the Drag and Drop Box. The number of sequences per file is defined by the user in the up-down number window. By clicking the split button a new folder containing the split files will be created. In the case of joining, the sequence files are loaded by dropping them to the Drag and Drop Box. By clicking the Join button a new joined file will be created.
