The SMS Mac Scripting Application makes it possible to send an SMS (text message) from an AppleScript. Several example scripts are included. One example shows you how to combine an SMS with an event in Apple iCal.
On a Mac OS X server, you can use it to send the system administrator an SMS alert when a certain condition occurs.

What is new in this release:
Version 2.2 now also supports the Reply to Email feature of SMS Mac. Reply to Email means that SMS replies will be delivered to your email address instead of to your mobile.
