SMS Create Pro is a tool for sending text messages from a PC to mobile phones using e-mail service. Also, it is useful in a case when sending text messages to a group of mobile phones. You can create your own phone book, edit mobile operators list. There are some mobile operators in the list already and it will be updated permanently.
