What happens if you are computer science student at Stony Brook, you're a serious fan of old NES and Genesis sidescrollers, you have a somewhat twisted sense of humor, and you have way too much time on your hands? Well, what happens is something like Sludge Crawler. The story, such as it is: You are Sludge Crawler. You were forced to stop playing videogames and were sent out of your home on a mission... A mission to rid your home of a curse! The curse of NotHavingAnyCarbonatedBeveragesInTheHouse! It is said that the relic needed to dispel the curse is the legendary "Soda" which can only be found in "Aisle 7" of the "Grocery Store". The fact that all these weird terrains are between you and the grocery store, and you keep on getting attacked by blobs and dust bunnies and god knows what is mere coincidence... Sludge Crawler has five power-ups, four combo moves (each requiring a combination of power-ups), scads of peculiar enemies, and 10 levels.
Requirements:
Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP
