A page in the WordPress backend is added where the user can go create his backups.
These can be downloaded to the webmaster's computer or left on the server.
Installation:
Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
