Shortcut Organizer

This Program has 2 great benefits. First it can act as a Folder Redirection utility where any files saved into one folder are automatically redirected to another (This doesn't affect the files already there just new files that are made). Second this can be a shortcut organizing tool where if you make a shortcut to an install file for a program on a windows toolbar or an ObjectDock you can use this program to have it so when you run the icon for the installer, after the program is installed the icon for the installer is automatically deleted and the program icon takes its place.
