ShoreWAVCon

Shoretel WAV Converter for Windows. With this program you can convert your WAV files into the correct Shoretel format ready for import for use with Auto-Attendants, Workgroups, voicemail messages or even for contact center prompts. It converts the imported WAV file into the Shoretel standard of u-Law at 8kHz in mono, meaning you can record your message on a portable device, import using ShoreWAVConv and then import directly into your Shoretel environment.
